Alcohol

Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the facility, nor are they permitted to leave with it. Alcohol may be served at select events. Illinois State laws prohibit the consumption of any alcoholic beverage by any persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without proper identification or who appears to be intoxicated. 

All Access Club

Join the Grossinger Motors Arena All Access Club for FREE and receive e-mail newsletters full of event announcements, contests, special offers, and pre-sale passwords for early purchase prior to the general public. 

Animals

Animals are prohibited in the Arena with the exception of trained service animals which must remain on a leash or harness at all times. Verification is required.

ATM

The ATM is located by Section 109 | 110 near the Suite level elevator.

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are found in men's, women's and family restrooms throught the facility.  Diaper bags will be subject to search prior to entering the building.

Back Stage Passes | Meet & Greets

Grossinger Motors Arena does not supply nor have access to back-stage passes or meet & greet events. Please contact the artist's fan club website for more information.

Cameras

The camera policy is determined by the show or building tenants.  Cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted at any time during special events and concerts unless a media pass has been issued.  Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events however, for some events, cameras of any type may be prohibited. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronics at their discretion.

Cancelled | Postponed Events

If an event at Grossinger Motors Arena is postponed or cancelled, please contact the Box Office at (309) - 434-2679.  In most cases refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Concession Stands | Food & Beverage

The Grossinger Motors Arena has a wide variety of food and beverage selections throughout the Arena. Credit cards are accepted at each individual stand.

Credit Cards

Visa, Discover, and MasterCard are accepted at Grossinger Motors Arena ticket office, concessions stands, bars and merchandise stands.

Doors

For most events doors open one (1) hour prior to the announced start time of the event. Please be sure to check the event information page on our website prior to attending for correct times and schedule.

Ejections | Guest Removal

Grossinger Motors Arena reserves the right to eject guests whose behavior is against policy, unruly, and/or illegal. If you observe a guest behaving in such a manner, consult a Grossinger Motors Arena representative.

Elevators

There are three elevators located in the venue. One VIP elevator is located behind Sections 101 and 102 on the south end of the building (facing Roosevelt Ave). A patron elevator is located behind Section 109-110 on the east side of the building (facing Madison St). A service elevator is located behind section 115 on the north side of the building but is often restricted to working personnel during events.

First Aid

Certified medical professions are available at the First Aid room during all events to assist guests with medical needs.  Patrons in need of emergency first aid should contact the nearest Grossinger Motors Arena employee for assistance.  The First Aid room is located behind section 105 | 106.

Guest Services

The Guest Services station is located by the main entrance of the building behind section 108. Guests that have comments, questions or concerns during an event at the Arena are strongly encouraged to visit the Guest Services location prior to exiting the facility.  In addition, there are staff located throughout the building to assist you and your needs.

Hockey's "Puck-in-Play" Policy

For the safety and enjoyment of all fans, the aisles and stairways inside the arena should NOT be used while the puck is in play.  We ask all guests to wait for a stoppage in play before moving to or from their seats.

Lost and Found

All lost and found items are taken to the Guest Services station until the conclusion of the event.  At the end of the night, unclaimed lost and found items are taken to the main administration office.  Contact the administrative office of Grossinger Motors Arena at 309-434-2843 to inquire on lost items. The Arena will hold items for one month and unclaimed items will be donated to local charities.

Outside Food and Beverage

Grossinger Motors Arena has a no outside food or beverage policy.

  • Weapons of any kind including licensed concealed carry weapons | knives | mace | blades | tools
  • Backpacks | large bags | duffel bags | sealed packages of any kind
  • Fireworks or any incendiary device
  • Drones or any other model aircraft
  • Animals
  • Smoking | vaping
  • Large umbrellas with a pointed tip
  • Any poster or sign larger than 22" x 28"
  • No signs, posters or messages on any garment with explicit language, profanity or derogatory characterization directed toward any person
  • Flag poles or any support frames for banners | signs
  • Hazardous items (chemicals | paints | fuel)
  • Balloons | confetti | glitter | stickers | glow sticks

Any other items deemed unacceptable by Grossinger Motors Arena. 

Re-Entry

For safety reasons, the policy at the Grossinger Motors Arena is upon exiting the building there is no re-entry during the same event. 

Restrooms

All restrooms in Grossinger Motors Arena are accessible to persons with disabilities. Family restrooms are located on the main concourse and suite level.

Smoking | Vaping

Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the Grossinger Motors Arena and any guest caught smoking inside the arena is subject to ejection. An outdoor smoking deck is located near the Bud Light Lounge area (Section 105). 

Suites

Suites are available for annual lease and for an individual game and event rentals.

Ticket Policies

Will Call ‐ Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window beginning two hours prior to the event. The customer must present photo ID and credit card used to purchase the tickets. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name was provided with the ticket order.

Children's Ticket ‐ Children ages 2 and over are required to have a ticket for admission, with the exception of select children's shows that require tickets for all children age 1 and over. Please call the Arena Box Office at 309-434-2679 for specific show policies.

Stolen | Lost Ticket ‐ All issues with stolen /lost tickets should be directed to the Box Office at (309) 434-2679.

Refunds - Tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged. If an event cancels or postpones, please go to point of purchase for a refund.

Ticket Scalping ‐ The resale of Grossinger Motors Arena tickets is not permitted on the premises. Please note that only tickets purchased at the Arena or through Ticketmaster will be honored. All others may be asked to leave or purchase new tickets, if available.
